About:

I am a beta reader with over four years of experience. When I take on a project, I make notes as I read. (I prefer to do this through Microsoft Word's Review system, but can work with you in other programs.) My approach is a cross between a normal reader and a line editor. After I have finished, I will provide a sheet that thoroughly addresses character impressions, plot, setting, dialogue, world-building, point-of-view, humor, and pacing.

If you read that and thought, "But I wrote a children's book—those aren't the areas I need addressed," then please keep in mind that I always customize my feedback according to the specific project I am working on.

I am open to reading any genre, fiction or non-fiction. If you have your own questions, please send them my way and I will happily address each of them.
