I will proofread your document.  I can offer just a proof or up to a heavy edit depending on your preferences.  I have experience editing articles, blog posts, creative writing, dissertations and theses in the arts, social sciences and life sciences.



What I offer:

• Proofs include my correcting spelling and grammar in both British and American English.
• For a medium edit, I not only correct spelling and grammar, but can tailor the text for the audience making it more readable.  I can also adapt the style to be more academic or suited to a particular reading age or ability.
• For a heavy edit, I can adapt the document for the audience and can provide detailed feedback, suggestions and critique if requested.

I can provide two documents for you: the original with tracked changes (and comments if feedback is requested) and a clean document with my changes already made (if specified).
