About:
Since graduating at the top of my class from a large public university last May, I've been going through the law school admission process. I’ve been admitted to the University of Michigan (#9), received a very significant scholarship offer from Washington University in St. Louis (#17), and got on the waitlist at UPenn (#7) and Northwestern (#11), all with an LSAT score below median. It's vitally important that we create a narrative within your application and examine how each of your essays expands on and fits into that. In college and graduate school admissions we have to present a cohesive and unique application that gives file readers a picture of who you really are and differentiates you from the hundreds of other applicants that they're reviewing.
Below are some questions that together we need to answer.
- How does your application present you as more than the sum of your numbers (test scores, GPA, etc)?
- Why should this school admit you over any of the other applicants with the same or higher numbers?
- What do you contribute to the entering class?
