Deep editing to transform your English writing.



If your writing is disorganised, badly written or full of typos, I can edit or rewrite it for you. If English is not your first language then this gig will be particularly useful to you.



I do more than simply check for spelling mistakes! Deep editing means that I look at every element of the writing and make a finished text that is clear, coherent and engaging.



I offer four levels of editing:



1. Content: Is all of the information relevant? Is there important information missing? Does it answer the question or fulfil the brief? Is the argument strong enough?



2. Structure: Are the ideas in a logical order and structured into clear sentences and paragraphs?



3. Style: Is the correct style and tone used? For example, is academic language used or a more informal tone?



4. Presentation: Spelling! Grammar! Punctuation! Formatting!



I will always ask you if something is not clear and try to keep the original meaning and voice.
