Hello there! My name is David, and I am available to proofread, copy edit, and format your document. I possess a BA in Education and MA in Global History, and have over 5 years of copy editing experience.
What sets my gig apart from similar services is that I pride myself on establishing a personal connection with the buyer. I want to help you, the customer, express yourself and succeed as a writer.
As your personal copy editor, I will be your advocate, offering suggestions and constructive criticism to strengthen the expression of your ideas and develop your skill as a writer. I believe within everyone exists a storyteller with a tale worth telling. We just need a second set of eyes and ears to offer assistance and guidance.
Since 2014 I have been offering English language copy editing services to students, many of whom learned English as a second or third language. Non-native English speakers are therefore encouraged to apply, as are those with English as their mother tongue. I look forward to facilitating your growth and future success as a writer!
